Miss Stacy
I have been dancing since the age of 4 and have participated in many dance performances and dance shows in the area. I started assistant teaching under my dance teacher Athalie Clark. I was 17 years old when Athalie retired, she gave me 7 of her students and I have been teaching ever since. I started Miss Jodi's Dance to teach kids that dance is fun! I teach all kinds of dance tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop & I am a certified Zumba instructor. I love teaching dance and love to see the kids really having fun with dance!
I have been dancing with Miss Jodi since the age of 3, along with my 2 sisters! I started as Miss Jodi's assistant before I left for college. When I came back home I resumed teaching. I teach various classes here at Miss Jodi's Dance and I am a certified Zumba instructor. I love kids and have been helping Miss Jodi with dance recitals and parades since my junior year in high school.

I began teaching dance when I was just 14 years old at a studio in Kalamazoo, Michigan. My emphasis was on ballet pointe and lyrical and I played the role of Clara in The Nutcracker twice for my studio. As the path many dancers follow as they grow older, I have fallen in love with Pilates and a barre workout that is intense and challenging yet simple to follow for people of all levels of fitness. Soon I will be fully certified in mat as well as equipment Pilates using the classic reformer.

My dancing background consists of tap, jazz, modern, liturgical/ lyrical, ballet, hip-hop, celtic and belly dancing. I started dancing when I was 5 years old at Miss Jodi’s Studio. When I was in middle school, I was involved in liturgical/ lyrical dancing at my church. M friend and I headed the group throughout their middle and partway through our high school careers. I was then introduced to celtic dancing while I was in high school. I danced celtic for 4 years before leaving for college. After college, I got back into Miss Jodi’s Dance and have participated in many of her classes.
